Mixed Frame Rate workflow for Canon C200 Raw Light

The Premiere Pro - Resolve workflow described here https://youtu.be/vJRvY1H47Z8 does not work when you have mixed frame rates. A bad fix is to generate optimized media in Resolve, skip the Premiere Pro step, and do all the cuts in Resolve. The drawback is that generating optimized media takes both time and space.
